Valerie Payne resides in
Harrisburg. She is the Director of Administration for a major
highway transportation entity. After working for a few years, she returned
to school and graduated cum laude from Penn State with a degree in
accounting. (and you thought she couldn't do that quadratic equation on
the front page -lol) She is still raising two teenage boys. And,
that's why she'll never retire.
